Why do you do this job?
We are very passionate about animals and their welfare. To us every dog that signs on joins our family, that's what we are, a family. It’s run by a husband and a wife, and only with owner’s permission, our kids join in too. We treat every single pet as if they were our own, we love the ability to help owners but also to provide a service that is fun and safe for each animal.

What methods of enforcement do you use?
We only use Positive reinforcement as a result you can be reassured that your pets get the very best treatment.
What Happens on Walks?
Whilst out on the walk we try our best to ensure we are returning tired and happy pups so that means not only do have great walks but we also try and stimulate all of the pups mentally to with lots of fun games. We try to pick locations that offer lots of chance for exploring and lots of great places for a good sniff. They will have access to fresh water whilst out and we are always stocked up on treats!!.
At the end of the walk we will always give pups a rub down if its needed, and when we return them tired and happy we will ensure they have fresh water and a treat before we leave.
What is the process from start to finish?
Right let's start with you, hopefully you have had a chance to look about our website and our social media and you have made the decision to get in contact with us to enquire about our services, during this initial conversation we will gather as much information regarding your needs and your dog, we will then provide you with as much information as we can and we will check our availability to ensure we can accommodate your needs. If all goes well we will then arrange a meet and greet with you, this is usually done at you residence but can take place anywhere you want. This is always free and should always be free (please don't be tricked in to paying for this of be made to feel like it's a special thing, this should be standard!!).
At the meet and Greet we will get to know you and your animal, we will show you all our documentation and answer any question that you have, if you need time to think about it (We will Never pressure you in to anything so please don't ever be pressured by anyone, it's a big decision and you have to feel you are making the right one!), If you decide to sign on and join our Family we will fill out all the paper work and organise access. The comes first walk/check in or whatever service you have asked for, after this we will send you an update to let you know how it went. Throughout your entire time being signed on with us we will always try to be as accommodating as we can be, we will always care for your animal the very best we can and we will no doubt form a close bond with them.
What is your Transport?
We currently have a van that we use. Most of the dogs get the luxury of getting to sit on the seats, all dogs a carefully restrained by means of clips.
What is Group Size: We like to keep our group sizes up to 8 dogs in one walk, all groups are carefully selected to ensure that the optimum walk is achieved and all new dogs will go through a trial period.
Do you offer updates?
We always make sure we take lots of pictures and videos so that you get to see all the fun your pups had, our Facebook page is updated daily with these so we try to ask anyone who can to follow our page. We will always give anyone who ops in for an update (admittedly sometimes this is a little later than anticipated, which is always down to us running in-between walks or focusing on the dogs).
Do you offer a pet taxi?
We will happily offer this service, please note that it will be for pets only and we will not be able to take owners too (this is for legal reasons). For more information or prices please get in touch.
